Ping.fm

Ping.fm is a free social networking and micro-blogging web service that enables users to post to multiple social networks simultaneously.

Making an update on Ping.fm pushes the update to a number of different social websites at once.

Pros

  • Supports major social networks
  • Registration is simple and fast, you can get started immediately
  • Several posting methods available, like post via email
  • Posting images is possible, works only with post by email
  • Custom triggers, makes it possible to post to selected social networks.
  • Several posting methods, like via aol, instant messengers and even iphone.

Twitterfeed

Twitterfeed allows you to feed your blog into . You provide the URL of a blog’s RSS feed and how often you want posts to , and twitterfeed does the rest. Create a new user at .com (or use your existing one) this user is going to be the one twitterfeedposting your blog entries…

Pros

  • Posting using your RSS, so no actual work on your part, its automatic, like what there website said “You just sit back and relax!”
  • Posting can be set from 30 mins to 24 hours

Cons

  • Service is limited to twitter only, it would be cool if it can update multiple sites.
  • Posting is limited to 5 items per update, so if you have lots of post, better set the updates to 30 mins.
  • Registration is via OpenID only, those with no OpenID are force to use myvidoop.com OpenID Services
